Meet the Team Behind Psychedelic Therapy Denver

Our last post covered how to evaluate credentials. Applying that standard to ourselves seems only fair.

Here is who works here, what they trained in, and what they bring to the room.

Jenna Noah, LPC — Co-Founder

Jenna earned her master’s in Buddhist Psychology and Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in 2013. She then taught full-time in Naropa’s Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program from 2015 to 2026.

She has practiced as a psychotherapist in Denver for twelve years. Her clinical focus is couples therapy and group therapy.

Jenna has presented at academic conferences nationally and internationally. She also served on the leadership committee for the American Group Psychotherapy Association.

Her career has taken some unusual turns. She coordinated an art therapy conference in Cambodia with Partners for Social Justice. More recently, she organized a ten-year reunion meditation retreat at Drala Mountain Center for her Naropa class.

Today she teaches other therapists about this work through experiential retreats.

Outside the office, she spends time with her husband and two children, dances, and skis.

Eric Eichler, LCSW — Co-Founder

Eric has practiced as a licensed psychotherapist for fourteen years. He works with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.

Eric earned his Master of Social Work from Smith College in 2012 and then completed the UC San Diego and VA San Diego Inter-professional Fellowship in Psychosocial Rehabilitation in 2013.

Eric spent twelve years in the VA healthcare system. He provided psychotherapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings, which shaped his specialty in working with veterans.

He also taught. As fellowship faculty and a field instructor for several social work schools from 2015 to 2018, he trained clinicians in assessment and psychotherapy for PTSD and psychosis-spectrum disorders.

Eric opened his private practice in 2019. His work draws on psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, group therapy, and EMDR approaches. He completed specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy at Naropa University in 2023.

Naropa also certified him as a meditation instructor, and he teaches in their Graduate School of Counseling.

Before becoming a therapist, he worked as a wilderness guide.

Lauren Doshier, LPC

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience in community-centered care.

She holds a master’s in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and a BFA from the University of Kansas. She completed the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Program in 2025.

Her clinical work is trauma-informed and draws on somatic, creative, relational, and experiential approaches. She supports neurodivergent, Queer, and historically oppressed communities, working with addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, and existential concerns.

Lauren’s own recovery from substance addiction shaped her path toward contemplative practice and integrative healing. She describes her approach as grounded in ethical integrity and consent-centered care, and she pays close attention to honoring the roots of this work.

Shadow — Therapy Cat

Shadow is a Siberian cat who specializes in sleeping on the job.

Her breed produces minimal Fel D1 protein, the compound responsible for most cat allergies. Consequently, many allergic clients tolerate her presence comfortably.

She grew up between the Franklin Therapy House and the founders’ home. That upbringing made her patient with all kinds of people.

Her involvement is always the client’s choice. She is equally content sitting in on a session or napping in another room.

Finding Your Fit

Fit matters more than credentials alone. Research consistently shows the therapeutic relationship predicts outcomes.

A consultation is the best way to find out whether that fit exists.
